“When you look for a building contractor, be sure you talk to the owner who also does the work.”
Wayland Lum has always had construction in his life. His father first obtained his construction license in 1954, and started Wayland early in the family business where he learned the trades that encompassed projects from the groundwork to the finished product. Over the years, Wayland had stayed true to his father’s commitment to quality in all phases of construction, by keeping as much of the work in-house. In 1981, Wayland obtained his general contractor’s license and continues to provide customers expert craftsmanship, quality construction and professional service.
Wayland is a true working contractor. This means that he works with his crew and can answer on-the-site questions from owners or architects.
